They said they'll reimburse us but haven't gotten back to us in a week. Also, We have been raising the maintenance requests related to the AC unit not working for more than a month and they didn't even care to fix the issue. I'm writing this review at 11PM 82F inside the apartment and I have raised multiple requests regarding the air conditioning and they don't even care. I would not recommend anyone to rent here. I have lived at Bridge Pointe Apartments for two years. It is a great central location to Redstone Arsenal and all other main roads around the Madison/Huntsville area. The gym is small but useful and has a great pool area.
